CDE Information
The KY State Meats Judging Judging CDE consists of the following:
- Placement of four classes of meat (beef or pork wholesale cuts; 200pts)
- Two classes of 15 retails cut of meat to identify (150pts)
- Two meat classes to grade (100pts)
- One class of 5 beef cuts to grade on yield grade
- One class of 5 beef cuts to grade on quality grade
